Rules

1. The form must be submitted before the specified deadline. 
2. Each participant is allowed to apply only once. 
3. All information must be filled out accurately and completely. False or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
4. The organizing team reserves the right to reject applications or refrain from follow-up communication if necessary.
5. Participation in all scheduled camp events is mandatory. If you are unable to attend for a valid reason, you must inform your supervisor in advance.
6. Each participant is responsible for their own behavior and belongings during the camp. Participants are expected to avoid any behavior that may harm others or the environment. The organizers are not responsible for lost items or incidents outside their area of responsibility.
7. Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the camp may be used by the organization for promotional or social media purposes.
8. Alcohol, illegal substances, or dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the camp.
9. Participants must provide an emergency contact in case of unforeseen circumstances.
10. All participants are expected to act respectfully, attentively, and with discipline during all scientific and social events held throughout the camp. Careless, dismissive, or unserious behavior during sessions will not be tolerated. Every participant is responsible for maintaining a considerate and professional attitude toward the organizers and fellow attendees.
